For a long time, the illusive ambition of replacing missing teeth with an artificial alternative has been a part of dentistry. Implant dentistry has evolved since the co-incidental discovery of osseointegration, with the goal of achieving primary implant stability and improving bone-implant contact. However, significant variables that have the ability to improve success rates are found in both the prosthetic and surgical phases. Implant restorations are one of dentistry's most difficult challenges today. Implant placement at optimum placements is required due to a mix of cosmetic demands, biomechanical/functional difficulties, and phonetic challenges. Presentation will discuss optimum parameters to achieve the goal.
