Partial Extraction Therapy(PET),an amazing treatment option, entails preparing a tooth root section simultaneous to immediate implant placement. Placing the implant without completely extracting the tooth is exciting, technique sensitive and above all helps in preserving the god gifted natural esthetics. The modified innovative technique provides a promising treatment adjunct to better manage the risks and preserve post-extraction tissues in aesthetically challenging cases. The presentation describes the innovative technique,with evidence based literature, consecutive cases in which PET was applied along with tips and tricks of performing the technique effectively for excellent hard and soft tissue outcomes.
